Reservations & Waitlists

While walk-ins are welcome, class sizes are limited and can be sold out. We highly recommend reserving classes online or through the Qwell App in order to guarantee your spot in class.

Classes fill up quickly, but spaces will open up as clients reschedule. If you would like to attend a class that is full, please put yourself on the waitlist. As soon as a spot opens up in class, you will receive either an email or text notification. Please reply to the notification immediately whether you can attend or not. Your spot in class is not guaranteed until you confirm. 

When you arrive at the studio, please check in at the front desk. Reservations will be honored only up until the start of class. If you do not arrive prior to the start of class, your reservation will be given away to anyone on the waitlist. 

If you are on the waitlist for an early morning class, please call the studio before class or sign up for text message notifications to be sure of whether or not you have made it into class. 
 

Cancelations and No-Shows

If you cannot attend class, cancel your class online, on the Qwell App or call the studio to avoid being charged for a no-show. All classes require cancellation 12 hours in advance.

If you are using a class package, a no-show or cancellation after the above cut-off window results in a loss of that class. If you are on a 30-Day Unlimited, a day will be deducted.  If you are using a membership package, your account will be charged $5 for a late cancel and $10 for a no-show. 
 

Late Arrival to Class

No one will be allowed into class after it has started.
 

Pregnant Clients

Pregnant clients who are taking our movement classes must provide us with a note from their doctor allowing them to take classes.
 

Illness and Injuries

Please notify front desk staff and instructors of any illness or injury that may impact your ability to participate in classes. In some cases, a doctor's note may be required. 

If you have a cold or anything else that may be contagious, we ask that you do not attend class. 

Studio Etiquette

Strict Late Policy

No latecomers will be allowed into class.  Please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class starts to give you time to unwind, settle in and prepare for class. 

No Cell Phones past the Check-in Area

We ask that you unplug from technology, silence your phone and keep it in your locker with your belongings.  We kindly ask that you not make or receive calls at Qwell.  This will ensure a distraction-free experience for everyone. 

We encourage new friendships and building a sense of community here at Qwell.

We just ask that you keep conversations on the quiet side in our common areas. 

No Drinks, Food or Gum in the Meditation Rooms (Except h2O)

We ask that you keep your tea or other drinks, in the lounge and lobby area. If needed, you can bring water into the meditation room with you.

No Shoes in the Rooms

We ask that you take off your shoes and place them in your locker before entering the lounge and meditation rooms.  
 

Membership Freeze Policy

All members are allowed one freeze per year, minimum 10 days and maximum 30 days. 
 

Package Expirations

10-class packs expire in 3 months
 

Refund Policy

All sales on Qwell classes are final. Retail items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, unworn, with tags still on.
