Guided meditations are group classes led by one of our inspiring teachers who will provide a combination of verbal instruction and silence. While classes may have somewhat different themes, they have a similar structure and we encourage students to try different classes with a variety of teachers to find the ones you most connect to.

Family Sound Journey
A family circle to connect, and meditate in a fun and peaceful environment through sound. Allow the vibrations of the sound to connect you to yourself and your family while creating a bonding experience. For parents with children ages 6-9.
Mindful Movement and Meditation
This class focuses on the mind-body connection by exploring mindfulness through gentle movement, breath work, and guided meditation practices.
Mindfulness for Kids
In a fun and engaging class kids wind up by enjoying mindful movement designed to help them release some energy after the long school day. They then practice mindfulness and meditation skills to help them calm themselves and transition to the rest of the day ahead. For ages 9-12.
Mindfulness for Minis
Mindfulness for Minis is a yoga based play program for pre-school children that encourages the use of movements that incorporate the mind and the body to improve self-regulation, self-esteem, coping strategies, social skills and socio-emotional growth. Yo’Play was designed by Dr. Shannon Albarelli in order to help children learn the many ways to begin to build wellness from the inside out.
Mindfulness for Teens
A movement, mindfulness and meditation class specifically designed for teens. This class will be an opportunity for teens to slow down and tune in to themselves and others offering skills to help handle everyday stressors such as academic life, extracurricular activities, social media and peer relationships. For ages 13 +
Pre-school age children and caregivers participate together in this pre- Tai chi class that includes lots of play to build strong bones, exploration and the art of relaxation. This class will combine movement and mindful exercises to create a strong and balanced body, mind and spirit.
Relax and Refresh Restorative Yoga
This class includes gentle movement, restorative poses, breath meditation and guided relaxation. By taking time to intentionally relax and restore you can gain energy for life’s everyday tasks with a sense of ease in body and mind.
An hour of relaxation and healing through Restorative Yoga and Reiki. Wind down from your busy schedule with gentle movement and restorative yoga postures to help your body and mind relax and renew. Be guided through a healing and meditative practice while using Reiki, a Japanese hands-on healing system that promotes whole-body wellness.
Self Compassion Meditation and Conversation for Parents
Have you ever felt like you were going to pull your hair out or lose your mind while getting the kids off to school, during homework time, making dinner, or getting the kids to bed? Do you feel exhausted and burnt-out? You are not alone! Join us in Self-Compassion for Parents to learn skills and help you develop the resources to be more compassionate with yourself as a parent, and therefore more present, less stressed and compassionate with your children. A combination of conversation and meditation.
Lay down, relax and experience the vibrations and sounds of the singing bowls as they wash over and through you, touching you at a cellular level. The bowls will be played around the room and at times on the body, which deepens the meditative experience. Chanting and essential oils may also be used.

In this abbreviated 30 minute sound experience you will feel the intensity and the meditative power of the sacred Gong. This class will focus on the healing powers of meditation through relaxation and sound to open up the pathways to our higher consciousness.
Tai Chi/Qigong (Kids)
A combination of moving forms and meditation to create a strong and balanced body, mind, and spirit. A holistic system practiced for thousands of years that incorporates slow, mindful postures and movements, breathing and meditation to promote health, wellness and relaxation. For children ages 6-9.
Tai Chi/Qigong (Teen and Adults)
Gentle movement for body, mind, and soul. A holistic system practiced for thousands of years that incorporates slow, mindful postures and movements, breathing and meditation to promote health, wellness and relaxation. For ages 13+
This class includes a series of deep, slow stretch yin poses infused with calming restorative poses and heart centered meditation. The meditative practice of Yin increases the awareness of being present while the restorative poses melt away tension and stress. By the end of your practice, you will feel relaxed and replenished.
Yin Yoga/Meditation for Young Adults
Learn to unwind body and mind through the introspective elements of yin yoga and meditation. The propped, long-hold asana practice allows you to unravel habitual tension and stress from the body while the meditative exercises help quiet the anxious mind.
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a meditation technique designed to foster conscious relaxation while lying down. It is an immensely powerful practice where the body and mind are liberated from tension and stress. One learns how to put the body into sleep while the mind remains fully awake. This practice leads to deep levels of relaxation and healing.
